Art & Flow started with our Art in the Park Workshop for Kids and has expanded to more workshops, birthday parties, and murals.

We embrace the beauty of creative exploration, where mindfulness and imagination intertwine. Our philosophy is rooted in nurturing a sense of mindfulness, promoting eco-consciousness, and unleashing the power of imagination while allowing the class to flow organically.

Teaching artists are Amy Smith and Janelle Moody. Both mothers passionate about creativity and the environment.
