Artist Spotlight Showcase with Spring Break in NYC included handmade paper pulp sculptures and a collection of mini paper pulp clay sculptures. The exhibition entitled Day Dream showcased the sculptures on floating white cloud like shelves within a sky blue room. Paper mache mushrooms surrounded the brown floor like ground allowing the viewer to feel transported into another world. A slower world where you look more closely into the materiality and the subjects of each sculpture. The pieces are surreal and yet somewhat familiar keeping the attention on the details, texture, and color. To see more
